With the beach at your backdoor this gorgeous house is a fantastic place to relax and unwind in style and simplicity. The house features polished timber floors and timber highlights throughout, well complimented by the high ceilings and exposed rafters. The great care and love and attention to detail by the owners who have had this property in the family for a long time are all very evident. Just picture yourself reading on the deck or laying out on a towel on the grass overlooking the ocean where whales and dolphins can often be seen. The house is walking distance to the Wooli Bowling Club, post office and convienence stores. Walking/ bike track along the river to the mouth (River meets ocean) is another great family outdoor activity which can be enjoyed. With the beach at the back door and the river a one minute walk away, what an idyllic way to spend your holiday!
